Q: What's the big deal with Natural Products?
A: Natural products like ours use the best blend possible of nature's ingredients to cleanse, hydrate & take care of ourselves & our loved ones
Q: Do you use any synthetic or chemical cleansers?
A: NO, absolutely no chemcical or synthetic cleansers are used in any of Mimosa Gardens' products. You will only find vegetable or coconut based cleansers that gently cleanse the skin without stripping it dry or irritating it.
Q: How are your products tested?
A: Every new product is only tested on humans to ensure that it does what you expect it to, every time! We work hard to provide a quality product that you and your family will love every time.
Q: How does Mimosa Gardens set the prices for its products?
A: Every time we release a new product we go through the entire process needed to take it from the first step to the last step to ensure that we are able to realease a product that fits our customers budget
Q: How often do you make your products?
A: Every product is produced to order to help ensure the longest freshness possible to both our retailers and to our customers. We want everyone to receive a quality product they will love to use.
Q: Do you use Synthetic preservatives?
A: Currently we do use synthetic preservatives, however you will find that we use the list the levels of preservative on every container & that it is often no higher than 0.3% so only what is absolutely necessary is in there.
Q: Do Mimosa Gardens products contain alcohol?
A: No, we do not use alcohol in our products so your skin will feel conditioned after you have cleansed or moisturized, not tight or dry.
Q: Are the fragrances in Mimosa Gardens products all natural ?
A: We use a variety of natural essential oils as well as high quality fragrance oils to scent our products. Unfortunately not all fragrances are available naturally so we balance nature with our customers needs.
Q: Does Mimosa Gardens craft gift baskets/sets?
A: We do craft gift sets for our products, however they are currently only available for the holiday selling period. We can craft special gift baskets/sets but only for our wholesale customers as it would be prohibitively expensive to make a single basket/set.
Q:Are Mimosa Gardens products available online?
A: Yes, we are online (www.jardinsdemimosa.com) but feel free to use our Find A Store feature to locate a store close to you where you will find our products, however we suggest you call ahead to make sure the product you want is in stock at your desired location.
Q:How often are new products available?
A: We seasonally release limited quantity products but testing for completely new products can take from 6 months to 1 year to complete so we do not release new products on a set schedule at this time.
Q: Why are none of the products available with a pump?
A: Pumps add a lot to the price of a product so we have chosen to not use them in order to provide value for money. We do however offer pumps for individual resale through our wholesale customers.
